Flexible Ceramic Tile-004
The Architectural Flexible Porcelain Panel System integrates advanced ceramic engineering with architectural performance. Developed for contemporary façades, interior feature walls, and complex geometric surfaces, it combines the durability of porcelain with exceptional flexibility and low system weight.
Each panel is a multi-layered composite of high-density porcelain fused to a reinforced backing, achieving bend radii as low as 250 mm without compromising surface integrity. This enables seamless installation across curved façades, columns, or contoured interior walls — with significantly reduced substructure and fixing requirements compared to stone or rigid ceramic systems.
Engineered for exterior and interior use, the panels provide Class A fire performance, high UV and frost resistance, and <0.5% water absorption. Compatible with adhesive or mechanical fixing systems, they support both ventilated façade configurations and direct-bond retrofits.
Available in multiple formats, finishes, and custom textures (stone, concrete, metal, or architectural matte), the system offers architects full creative control and compliance with EN/ASTM façade material standards.
Comprehensive project documentation — technical datasheets, fire test reports, fixing details, and BIM files — is available upon request.
