Produced by Binmao’s Foshan factory with 20 years of OEM/ODM experience, these panels are offered in standard sizes and fully customizable widths, depths and finishes to fit residential, commercial and hospitality specifications. Installation (concise step-by-step for typical interior installation)

Tools & materials: spirit level, laser/plumb line, measuring tape, saw (fine-tooth), adhesive (construction-grade), screws & hidden clips or mounting rails, silicone/paintable sealant, filler, paint (if paintable type).

1. Surface prep: ensure substrate is flat, dry and clean; repair large irregularities; apply primer single coat if porous.

2. Layout: mark vertical reference line; dry-lay panels to determine joints and minimize cuts.

3. Mounting method (choose one):

• Adhesive + mechanical fix: apply recommended construction adhesive to panel back + temporary clips or countersunk screws into rails.

• Hidden-clip / rail system: install mounting rails level, clip panels onto rails for fast alignment and future removability.

4. Join & align: butt panels tightly; use provided joining strips or tongue-and-groove for seamless look; control flute alignment continuously.

5. Trim & corners: install edge trims or mitred cuts at corners for finished appearance.

6. Finish: fill any small gaps, sand if required, paint (if paintable) or apply touch-up to veneer edges.

7. Acoustic variant: ensure acoustic backer is continuous behind panels and all joints are sealed per datasheet.

8. Cleanup & inspection: check alignment, straightness, and finish; provide client sign-off.
